The Youth Forum “Youth of Russia and Turkey: new horizons” will be held on October 25-29 (arrival day is October 24, departure day – October 30) in Moscow. It will bring together youth leaders from Russia and Turkey motivated to develop youth cooperation and launch joint projects.
The purpose of the event is to intensify cooperation, strengthen friendly and professional ties between youth leaders of Russia and Turkey in order to facilitate the development of Russian-Turkish relations.
The work of the forum is planned in the following areas:
- education and science,
- international relationships,
- new media,
- entrepreneurship in the field of agriculture,
- volunteering,
- sport,
- youth tourism.
A candidate to participate in the forum must meet the following criteria:
- be aged 18–35,
- have citizenship and reside in the territory of Russia or Turkey,
- be a representative of a youth public organization / a representative of an informal youth association / a representative of a public organization dealing with international youth cooperation / a representative of a student organization / a young scientist / a student or a graduate student majoring in “International Relations” / a young journalist / blogger / a young entrepreneur or author of a start-up in the field agriculture / volunteer,
- be ready to work on the development of Russian-Turkish cooperation,
- be motivated and able to organize events, projects and programs after the forum in cooperation with other forum participants,
- be ready to take part in all events planned as a part of the forum program,
- able to speak Russian or English.
The working language of the forum is Russian and English with simultaneous translation.
