On June 30 and July 1, 2022 the training seminar for organizers of Russian-Japanese youth exchanges will be held online.
The purpose of the training seminar is to discuss possibilities for maintaining and resuming contacts between Russian and Japanese partner organizations implementing youth exchanges.
Representatives of organizations and institutions from Russia that have a partner organization in Japan and implement joint youth or school exchange projects are invited to participate in the training seminar:
- school teachers,
- university representatives,
- representatives of youth public associations,
- youth workers.
The program of the training-seminar includes:
- informing about the current situation in the field of Russian-Japanese youth exchanges,
- discussion of opportunities and formats of bilateral youth cooperation in the new conditions,
- familiarization with methods and tools for conducting youth exchanges in an online format,
- familiarization with methods and tools of crisis and stress management in the context of managing youth exchange projects,
- development of a variant Action Plan for further interaction with Japanese partner organizations in the field of youth exchanges.
To participate in the competitive selection you must fill out an application by 18:00 Moscow time on June 21, 2022 using the link.
The application does not guarantee participation in the training seminar. Candidates who have passed the competitive selection will receive information letters by June 24, 2022.
Organizers of the training seminar are the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation and MIREA – Russian Technological University, which acts as the Coordination Bureau of Russian-Japanese Youth Exchanges.
