Internship for specialists working with youth and youth from regions of the Russian Federation took place on November 20-22 in Kazan
The participants included representatives of federal, regional and municipal structures implementing youth policy; Youth specialists and staff of youth organizations and educational institutions; Representatives of public organizations from Gorno-Altaysk, Kazan, Kaliningrad, Lipetskaya, Moscow, Orenburg, Omsk, St. Petersburg, Saratov, Samara, Smolenska, Ufa. Only 25 people.
Objectives: the event was held in order to ensure cooperation in the organization of training and retraining of personnel in the line “working with young people”, to study the best practices of youth policy and interaction between youth organizations and state structures of the regions of the Russian Federation.
The program included practical training tasks and work in groups on organization of work with youth and interaction of regions of the Russian Federation in the implementation of youth policy, familiarization with youth policy of the Republic of Tatarstan.
The participants got acquainted in detail with the activities of the Ministry of youth Affairs of the Republic of Tatarstan, presented projects on the activities of institutions in the regions of the Russian Federation, visited various structures and organizations working with youth, including: The house of Friendship of Nations, the Youth Assembly of Peoples of Tatarstan, the Exploratory Movement of Russia, the youth club Lemonade, etc.
Participants could get acquainted with the activities of organizations, ask questions of interest and share experiences.
In addition to the working program, the organizers prepared a tour of Kazan for the guests.
