The seminar will be held from April 10-13, 2022 in Krasnodar in person.
The purpose of the seminar is to support existing Russian-German partnerships in the field of youth, school and professional youth exchanges for the resumption of exchange projects in full-time format.
Objectives of the Seminar:
- informing organizers of the exchanges about the possibilities of conducting youth exchanges during the pandemic,
- exchange of experience in the implementation of youth exchange projects in the pandemic,
- development of youth exchange projects in full-time format,
- acquaintance with the activities of organizations in Krasnodar implementing Russian-German youth, school or professional youth exchanges.
Representatives of organizations and institutions from the Southern Federal District of the Russian Federation are invited to participate in the Seminar from the Russian side (school teachers, representatives of youth public associations, representatives of professional educational organizations, youth workers):
- having a partner organization in Germany and implementing jointly with it youth, school or professional youth exchange projects,
- having a partner organization in Germany, but without experience in implementing joint youth, school or professional youth exchange projects.

In the competitive selection preference will be given to those organizations that apply in a timely manner together with their partner organization from Germany.

The application does not guarantee participation in the Seminar. Information letters will be sent to candidates passed the competitive selection by March 9, 2022.
Conditions for participation in the Seminar:
- sending organizations cover the costs of participants’ travel from their place of residence to Krasnodar and back,
- organizers of the seminar from the Russian side provide accommodation (1-bed) and meals for Russian and German participants in Krasnodar.
Seminar organizers are MIREA – Russian Technological University acting as the Russian Coordination Bureau for Youth Cooperation with Germany and the German-Russian Youth Exchange Foundation (Germany) with the support of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation.
