The conference will be held on November 21-24, 2021 in a hybrid format in Hamburg. It is dedicated to the 15th anniversary of the establishment of the Russian Coordination Bureau for Youth Cooperation with Germany and the German-Russian Youth Exchange Foundation.
The event will become a platform for discussing the current situation in the field of Russian-German youth exchanges (achievements and “growth points”) and developing a vision for the further development of bilateral youth cooperation.
Representatives of state and public organizations that have a partner organization in Germany and implement youth, school or professional youth exchange projects together with it are invited to participate in the Conference from the Russian side:
- school teachers,
- representatives of youth public associations,
- youth workers,
- representatives of vocational colleges.
To participate in the competitive selection from the Russian side you must fill out an application online by 18:00 (Moscow time) on September 30, 2021 at the link https://forms.gle/3SjMVrgVJQCBB3hj9.
To participate in the competitive selection from the German side you must fill out an application on the website of the German-Russian Youth Exchange Foundation www.stiftung-drja.de
The application does not guarantee participation in the Conference. Information letters will be sent to candidates passed the competitive selection by October 8, 2021.
Conditions for full-time participation in the Conference:
- sending organizations cover the costs of participants’ travel from their place of residence to Moscow and back,
- the organizers of the Conference from the Russian side provide air travel for participants along the route “Moscow-Hamburg-Moscow” as well as visa support,
- the organizers of the Conference from the German side provide accommodation and meals for participants in Hamburg.
Conditions for online participation in the Conference:
- no later than on November 1, 2021 candidates passed the competitive selection will receive instructions on how to connect to the dina.international platform on which the program for online participants will be organized.
NB: due to the Covid-19 pandemic, the final decision on the format of the Conference (in person or online) will be made no later than a month before the start of the Conference.

The conference is held within the framework of the implementation of the Agreement between the Government of the Russian Federation and the Government of the Federal Republic of Germany in the field of youth cooperation dated December 21, 2004. It is one of the main events of the Russian-German Youth, School and Professional Youth Exchange Program for 2021.
