The Diplomatic Academy of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation is continuing to accept applications for the Andrey Gromyko Competition of young specialists in International Relations of the CIS. The main prize will be a grant for a research project, publication of a monograph or participation in a conference in Russia.
This is stated in the message of organizers of the project.
According to the source, applications can be submitted by students and graduates of universities, graduate students, scientists, teachers, journalists, analysts, business specialists, representatives of public organizations and diplomats from the CIS Member States not older than 40 years.
The jury will consider original unpublished scientific articles and analytical notes written independently by one or more authors (no more than 30 thousand characters) and dedicated to the study of modern international relations and integration projects in the post-Soviet space (Union State of Belarus and Russia, EAEU, CIS, CSTO, risks of conflicts and tools for strengthening collective security in the Eurasian Region). It is possible to apply here. The closing date for acceptance is May 12.
The defense of works will be held in the form of debates at the forum of competition’s finalists. Among other prizes there are a grant for advanced training in leading Russian universities (including MGIMO), a letter of recommendation for an internship at the Eurasian Economic Commission, MGIMO.
