The forum will be held on October 22-24, 2021 online.
From the Russian side youth teams are invited to participate in the forum from cities and regions that have partnership and / or twinning ties with cities or regions of Japan (2 representatives per city aged 18 to 35 from among representatives of local governments, university students and representatives of public organizations).
Based on the results of the competitive selection for participation in the forum 5 joint Russian-Japanese youth teams representing partner cities / partner regions (2 participants from Russia and 2 participants from Japan) will be formed.
To participate in the competitive selection from the Russian side each candidate must fill out an application online at the link https://forms.gle/c1XmpkixwbzuMdhr6 by 18:00 (Moscow time) September 8, 2021.
In addition, until September 8, 2021 each team sends a scanned copy of a letter of recommendation from the Administration of the city or region (with a list of team members) to the Russian-Japanese Coordination Bureau for Youth Exchanges to the email address dina.sokolowa@yandex.ru.
The application does not guarantee participation in the forum. Candidates passed the competitive selection will receive information letters by September 13, 2021.
Forum organizers: from the Russian side it is MIREA – Russian Technological University acting as the Russian-Japanese Coordination Bureau for Youth Exchanges with the support of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation, from the Japanese side it is the Japan-Russian Center for Youth Exchanges with the support of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (Japan).
