Meeting of the Management Committee for the implementation of the Framework Programme on co-operation between the Council of Europe and the Russian Federation in the field of youth policy (archive event)

On December 3, 2021 the regular meeting of the Management Committee for the implementation of the Framework Programme on co-operation between the Russian Federation and the Council of Europe in the field of youth policy was held online on the KUDO platform.

During the meeting the results were summed up, and an assessment was made of the implementation of the activities of the Action Plan for 2021. Both sides recognized the cooperation as effective. The Action Plan for 2022 for the Framework Programme on co-operation between the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation and the Council of Europe in the field of youth policy for 2020-2023 was considered and approved, and specific recommendations were made for a number of activities.

Participants: The Management Committee from the Russian Federation includes representatives of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation, the Federal Agency for Youth Affairs, the National Youth Council of Russia and from the Council of Europe – Representatives of the General Directorate for Democracy and the Joint Council for Youth Affairs of the Council of Europe.

Results: The Action Plan for 2022 was approved for the Framework Programme on co-operation between the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation and the Council of Europe in the field of youth policy for 2020-2023.
