On April 19-20 the Youth Forum of the United Nations Economic and Social Council (ECOSOC) will take place. This year’s topic is “Recovering from the COVID-19 pandemic: youth action for a sustainable future”.
As reported, special attention will be paid to reviewing progress in achieving Sustainable Development Goals such as quality education (SDG4), gender equality (SDG5), life below water (SDG14), life on land (SDG15) and partnerships for the goals (SDG17).
The forum will include plenary sessions, interactive thematic and regional discussions. On April 18 side-events of various organizations from NGOs to UN structural divisions will be held.
