On November 23-26, 2021 the Russian-Kazakh annual forum “Young Scientists” was held in Samara.
At the opening representatives of the Government of the Samara Region, the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation, the National Youth Council of Russia, the Federation Council Committee on International Affairs, the Embassy of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the Russian Federation and many others addressed forum participants with a greeting.
The greeting address of the Chairman of the National Youth Council of Russia Grigory Petushkov was read by the Deputy Chairman of the National Council Ilya Zotov: “The forum is an important joint event to develop cooperation between educational and scientific structures of the Russian Federation and the Republic of Kazakhstan. As part of the program it will be proposed to get acquainted with modern formats for the presentation of scientific projects and their further promotion as well as the plans of the forum to consider the problems of changing the interaction of society and the features of the development of scientific knowledge. I wish you success in the work of the forum, effective discussion of ways of cooperation that will increase the importance of youth scientific and educational exchange between Russia and Kazakhstan.”
The organizers of the event from Russia were the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation, the Federal State Budgetary Educational Institution of Higher Education “MIREA – Russian Technological University” (RTU MIREA), the National Youth Council of Russia, the Information and Analytical Center of Moscow State University for the Study of Socio-Political Processes in the Post-Soviet Space (IAC MSU), the Government of the Samara Region, the Samara Regional Public Organization “World of Youth”.
The forum was held for the third time. It is a platform for youth cooperation in the scientific and educational field.
