The Russian-French Youth Exchanges Plan for 2022 is being formed as part of the implementation of the Agreement between the Government of the Russian Federation and the Government of the French Republic on the development of youth exchanges dated September 20, 2008.
Applications for the inclusion of projects in the Exchange Plan are accepted from state and public organizations (schools, universities, youth public organizations) that have a partner organization in France and plan to implement youth or school exchange project for 2022 together with it (including youth projects, exchange between sister cities and regions of Russia and France as well as in the field of mass sports).
In accordance with Article 1 of the Intergovernmental Agreement, projects in the field of academic mobility as well as in the field of elite sports cannot be included in the Exchange Plan.
